This position serves as the senior data manager and analyst for the Breast, Cervical and Colon Health Program (BCCHP) and provides leadership, technical assistance, and training to prime contractors on the use of a multiple, simultaneous user data base system to determine eligibility of applicants, record and maintain client program data, detect and flag overdue client screening and diagnostic services, and generate contractor reports.
