This is a temporary opportunity to assist CHPW with high volume sourcing and recruiting support, that is expected to last between twelve (12) and eighteen (18) months.
The Talent Acquisition Assistant is responsible for providing sourcing and recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition Specialists and HR Business Partners. May also perform special projects and other HR Assistant duties in support of the HR team.
Essential Job Functions:
Sourcing and Recruiting Assistance
Post open positions on job boards and other external sites.
Work with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Marketing to create, promote, monitor, and update social media to support sourcing and recruiting needs.
Participate in job fairs and offsite recruiting events.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams.
Assist with initial phone screens as needed.
Prepare interview meeting materials.
Coordinate new hire orientation schedules with Talent Development Coordinator.
Verifiy employment, check references and conduct required background and sanction screenings.
Create new hire files.
