We are seeking a Statistical Research Associate II (SRA) for projects within the Cancer Prevention Program that aim to identify lifestyle behaviors (e.g., diet, physical activity, weight management, use of complementary/integrative therapies) to improve cancer prevention and control. Projects will include both clinical trials and observational studies. The Research Associate will be responsible for data management and statistical analysis across multiple projects.
Clinical trials will include single institution and multi-site clinical trials, often with the use of mHealth technologies and sensors. Observational studies will include well-characterized observational studies, such as the Pathways Study, as well as public access cross-sectional studies, such as the National Health Interview Survey.
The Research Associate will be involved in research to identify scalable behavioral interventions to modify risk factors associated with cancer risk, cancer survival, and quality of life. We are seeking a master’s-level statistician or biostatistician to support our team. The SRA will have an opportunity to work will several collaborators and there will be several publication opportunities.
