Multnomah County Health Department is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to serve in the Integrated Clinical Services Division, Northeast Health Center. ICS provides services to people who experience barriers to assessing care. The vision of ICS is to provide services that are integrated and connected to support optimal health, reduce wait times and optimize access.
Under the direction of the clinic manager, this position manages, directs, organizes, and evaluates the nursing and clinical interventions, and community health activities within the clinic. This nursing supervisor provides guidance and supervision to nursing and related staff regarding nursing and clinical practice issues. This position also assures the appropriate review and observation of nursing, medical and community health activities.

Minimum Qualifications/Transferable Skills*:
Education: Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in nursing.
Experience: A minimum of three years of progressively responsible nursing experience in community public health, inpatient or outpatient care; related public sector experience is preferred. One year of lead or supervisory experience is highly desired.
Licensure: Unencumbered Registered RN in the state of Oregon by the time of hire.
