Are you an experienced Public Health Physician with expertise in Epidemiology?

What You Will Be Doing:
As the Deputy State Epidemiologist, you will serve as the subject matter expert, providing epidemiologic expertise and oversight throughout the Public Health Division of the Oregon Health Authority, with emphasis in the Center for Prevention and Health Promotion and the Center for Protection. This position resides in the Office of the State Public Health Director and focuses primarily on injury and disease prevention, health promotion, and communicable disease control.

Requirements:

Must meet or be eligible to meet the State of Oregon licensing requirements for a medical doctor at the time of hire and obtain State of Oregon licensure within six months of hire;

AND

Must have advanced training in epidemiology.
