The Snohomish Health District is currently accepting applicants for a Full Time Business Management Analyst. Under direction of the Administrative Services Director, or designee,
perform complex research,analysis, recommendations and development of quality assurance, business intelligence and process improvements in support of public health services and programs. Work products will incorporate data, personnel, workflow, recordkeeping, equipment and supply utilization. The position provides professional level analysis, problem solving skills and recommendations. It also requires the ability to work closely with and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical staff, vendors, elected officials and other external people from diverse backgrounds, experience, and knowledge of performance management.Complete Announcement and Job Description can be found on our website - www.snohd.org
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college in business management, public administration,
management information systems, organized development, computer science or related
- Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in systems and process analysis,
quality improvement or closely related field(s).
- Certification in Project Management or Lean-Six Sigma preferred.
BENEFITS Snohomish Health District provides medical, dental, vision and life insurance for employees plus dependents if elected at a cost. Participation with the Department of Retirement Systems retirement (PERS) is mandatory. Annual leave is earned at the rate of 12 days per year during the first year and increases with the length of service; sick leave is earned at the rate of 12 days per year; 10 paid holidays per year plus 5 personal holidays.
