Washington Permanente Medical Group announces the opening of a Business Data Analyst II. This position requires the individual to interpret data using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining. Design, develop, implement and maintain business reporting solutions.

Key Duties: Technical owner for HRIS and timekeeping systems – duties include applying upgrades, customization, User Acceptance Testing for infrastructure changes, security maintenance, and issue resolution.

Technical support for Benefits functions – duties include creating and maintaining interfaces for Health & Welfare, QuickBooks, and CashPro applications, Open Enrollment support, and issue resolution.

This position requires the individual to work directly with WPMG leaders and admin team to identify analytical and reporting requirements. They must be familiar with standard data analysis concepts and practices. Additional responsibilities include performing a variety of tasks with limited supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.


Key Responsibilities

Identify reporting requirements of business users, and determine appropriate report solutions support their data needs.                                                                                                                         Develop data extracts, and ensure ongoing stability of those extract processes.

Other duties as assigned including cross training.

Must meet WPMG compliance and code of conduct standards.
