This is an exempt, professional position. 50% of this role’s responsibilities will be focused on developing and delivering Process Improvement focused training sessions; the remainder 50% of their time will focus on coaching, mentoring, and partnering with imbedded learners on Process Improvement projects and collaborating on enterprise-wide Process Improvement initiatives.
This position includes working with all departments across the Valley Network, both clinical and operational, and will build a connected network of Process Improvement practitioners capable of identifying, scoping, assessing, executing, and supporting the long-term sustainability of discreet Process Improvement activities. This role will encounter a wide range of situations and opportunities for problem-resolution.Skills/Eligibility:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, Adult Education, Psychology or similar relevant field.
2.Minimum of four (4) years’ experience delivering education to large groups in a classroom setting or via alternative learning methods.
3.A minimum of five (5) years managing complex programs or enterprise-wide initiatives and facilitating or leading teams in a variety of venues and with a variety of tools and systemic (lean) methodologies, with a minimum of three (3) years in the Healthcare Industry.
4.Advanced degree or Certification in Change Management, Process Improvement, Project Management or Personality Assessment (MBTI, SDI, etc.) preferred.
5.Demonstrated experience developing new and improving existing learning materials with strong focus on Adult Learning Theory
6.Microsoft Office Suite experience required. Experience with MS Visio is preferred.
