The Oregon Health Authority, Public Health Division, Adolescent, Genetic and Reproductive Health Section is looking for that perfect individual who has experience developing policies and protocols and ensuring compliance based on program requirements to fulfill the full time position of Reproductive Health Systems & Operations Coordinator.

What will you do?
You will work in coordination with nurse consultants and policy staff to perform reviews on reproductive health providers to ensure compliance with program requirements. You will perform onsite provider reviews which includes the review of documented policies, procedures and protocols; and the review of enrollment processes. You will also onboard new providers to ensure they create policies, procedures and protocols to maintain program compliance. You will also educate partners and community organizations on the reproductive health model.

A bachelor’s degree in public health, business or public administration, behavioral or social sciences, or a degree related to public health and two years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work related to public health;
Any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work related to public health;


  • Experience working within a publicly funded reproductive health program or setting
  • Experience with program compliance and/or program monitoring
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with community partners within public health/community health
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or bi-cultural preferred
