The Department of Occupational and Environmental Health has opened a faculty search for a tenure-track assistant professor or associate professor with research and teaching interests in environmental health, industrial hygiene, or environmental science.
Position: Faculty Member, Tenure Track. This is a state-funded 12-month (1.0 FTE) position. Rank and Salary: Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. The position is located at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. Opportunities exist for interdisciplinary and collaborative research initiatives and training programs with other departments and centers throughout the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.Skills/Eligibility:
Minimum Requirements: Candidates for this position must have a doctoral degree (Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Science, or Doctor of Public Health) in environmental health, industrial hygiene, environmental science, environmental engineering or a closely related field; a record of publications in peer-reviewed national or international scholarly journals; and evidence of potential to obtain extramural funding. A record of teaching at the graduate level is preferred. For the rank of Associate Professor, a history of external research funding is also required.How to Apply:
