Internship Description
A unique opportunity to work on this internship will support the Panorama Planetary Health team. It will focus on research projects and administrative tasks that are vital for maintaining our high-quality outputs.

Background on Planetary Heath
Panorama received funding by The Rockefeller Foundation to help advance the nascent concept of
planetary health, which focuses on the linkages of the health of humans, animals, and the environment. Panorama is motivated by the audacious and visionary concept of planetary health. It represents a tremendous opportunity to solve the biggest health and environmental problems of today. We are focused on advancing planetary health through advocacy and partnership development. We aim to strengthen and grow a network of like-minded people and organizations inspired by the potential of planetary health. We seek to raise awareness of the concept, improve understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing the advancement of planetary health, and identify ways to move from concept to practical application. Ultimately, we envision planetary health as a framework for business and policy decision-making that better balances human advancement with environmental sustainability.

Internship goals and learning objectives
These are the main objectives for the internship, as of now, and could change based on new opportunities or updates.
• Objective 1: Execute projects as relevant to the support of the team, which may include but are
not limited to: systems organization, scheduling and administrative support, and other technical
• Objective 2: Research and analyze issues related to planetary health and potentially other relevant
• Objective 3: Strengthen Panorama and the planetary health community’s network by ensuring
contacts are tracked and connected with via constituent relationship management (CRM)

Responsibility #1 Research and Analysis Support ~ 25-50% of time
Responsibility #2 CRM Support ~ 15-25% of time
Responsibility #3 Additional Project Support ~ 25-50% of time

• Contribute to Conversations on Planetary Health Report Series
• Updated planetary health stakeholders in CRM database
• Others to be determined on an ongoing basis
