The Employee Health and Safety Coordinator is a Registered Nurse who provides professional nursing evaluation and care to employees of WhidbeyHealth in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and government safety regulations. This position develops and coordinates health and safety programs and processes provided by the Human Resource department to employees of WhidbeyHealth. This position creates and implements dynamic training based on customer needs, acts as a resource and provides consultation and expertise on health and safety programs and initiatives.


Required education:

  • Bachelor’s

Required experience:

  • Occupational Medicine: 2 years

Required license or certification:

  • Washington RN
