Key Responsibilities
• Manage all daily operations of clinical practice
• Assist in developing and implementing new business growth strategies
• Hire and oversee staffs’ daily work
• Develop and enforce personnel policies and procedures
• Resolve conflicts, whether patient, physician, or staff related issues
• Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical
• Optimize patient scheduling to enhance patient satisfaction, physician productivity,
and financial success
• Oversee financial operations including payroll, billing,insurance reimbursement,
patient collections, bookkeeping, accounting, and financial management
• Develop and promote best marketing and social media strategies for dermatology
practice, services and procedures


• Strong leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal skills are a must with professional demeanor and outgoing
• Effective communication skills with physician, staff, patients, insurance companies,
vendors, etc.
• Creative problem-solver, analytical decisionmaker, and skilled negotiator
• Strong time management, organizational skills are a must with excellent follow through

• Experience with electronic medical records
• Basic knowledge of medical issues and terminology
• Interest in dermatology and aesthetics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a medical clinic with management and operation
