Project management: 3+ years’ experience with strong PM, interpersonal, and communication skills and high attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to translate consumer and business goals into end-to-end feature plans (e.g. scenarios, functional specs, schedules), rally teams to deliver great user experiences on time and at quality, and evangelize safety scenarios to influence without direct authority.
Technical acumen & expertise: An understanding of designing, building, delivering, and maintaining applications and services for high availability, resiliency, and performance in a dynamic environment. Prior experience as a software developer strongly preferred.
Customer obsession: A passion for the customer and customer experience, utilizing verbal, visual and written skills and your ability to communicate with both highly technical, management, and creative teams.
Critical Thinking: intellectual curiosity, strong and specific track record of structuring and solving complex problems, identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.
Collaboration: Outstanding cross-group collaboration skills and proven ability to drive initiatives across organizations to deliver delightful experiences, even (or especially) when there are competing priorities with which you’ll need to contend.
BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering strongly preferred.
