Research Interests
Dr. Gale is interested in the epidemiology of infectious diseases. His most recent research dealt with adverse affects of vaccines, especially pertussis vaccine. He is also interested in closer ties between academic public health and public health practice. He is Health Officer for Kittitas County and is a founding member, and former director of the Northwest Center for Public Health Practice.

Teaching Interests
Dr. Gale currently teaches in the Northwest Center for Public Health Practice.
