SInce 2005, smoking has been prohibited in public places, but since then the increasing presence of hookah lounges and e-cigarettes, and the legalization of marijuana, have meant new challenges for public health agencies in enforcing the law.
In this one-hour webinar, representatives from four health jurisdictions in Washington State discuss their experiences developing policies and enforcing laws to promote smoke-free air in public places.

The EEOC has sued agricultural growers on behalf of victims of sexual harassment and assault in the workplace. Some of these have involved threats of violence to silence victims.
EEOC regional attorney William R. Tamayo will discuss how a case is developed, what evidence is needed, immigration status issues, and EEOC's cases on behalf of farmworkers.
