Do you enjoy both the natural and the social sciences? Are you into health and helping people? Public Health is an interdisciplinary field that takes many, diverse approaches towards resolving population health issues locally, regionally and globally. If you're interested in learning about, or applying to, the Public Health Major this information session is for you. We'll have an adviser on hand to give an overview and answer any questions you might have.
Are you interested in developing health care management and leadership skills to improve health care delivery? The Health Informatics and Health Information Management Major may be just the program for you. It teaches students about the secure collection and maintenance of personal health data; legal, regulatory, and compliance issues; and the methods and technologies for acquiring, analyzing and protecting health care information.
