Student Center Reservations

Reserving the Student Center Activity & Study Space

  • Reservations are given on a first-come, first-served basis to students, and student groups, and course review sessions.
  • School offices may also reserve the activity and study space for events with a student focus.
  • Reservations should be made at least two business days in advance.
  • Events should be open to the School’s student body and any unused areas of the space may be used by individual students.
  • Reservations may not exceed 2 hours.
  • After the event is complete, the space must be cleaned and put back in order.

Reserving a Student Center Office

  • Reservations are given on a first-come, first-served basis to student leaders, undergraduate instructors, and undergraduate teaching assistants.
  • Reservations should be made at least two business days in advance and regular quarterly scheduling is encouraged.
  • Reservations may not exceed 2 hours.
