Clinical Research Associate I - Seattle Children’s
We are seeing a Clinical Research Associate I to support a large NIH-funded study, ECHO PATHWAYS. The goal of this study is to determine how multiple exposures in utero to multiple chemical and non-chemical (i.e. psychosocial) stressors are related to childhood neurodevelopment and airway health. Over the next several years, the team will be conducting observational study visits with healthy children ages 4 – 9. Responsibilities include assisting with study recruitment and scheduling through various methods including telephone, email, and mailings, etc., providing administrative support to the research team including preparing for study visits and follow-up reporting to participating families, data entry and maintenance of databases and study files, and supporting general implementation of the clinical study.Skills/Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies, Biology, or related scientific discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of related research experience.
- Confirmed proficiency in a second language via successful completion of a language assessment may be required for certain departments.
