Washington State Business and Professional Women’s (WSBPW) Foundation transforms workplaces by strengthening the capacity of organizations and businesses to create work environments that are inclusive and value the skills and contributions of working women. A Successful Workplace, as defined by WSBPW Foundation, is one that practices and embraces work-life balance, equity and diversity.
The WSBPW provides both general and designated funds scholarships, ranging from $500-$1,000, to women attending fully accredited schools of higher education. The scholarships cover several disciplines, including, but not limited to business, communications, STEM (cancer or heart disease research). Some scholarships are open to women 30+, and there is also a military scholarship as well as a single-parent scholarship.

Eligibility
- A resident of Washington State for one or more years, except applicant for Military scholarship.
- Identify as a woman student and be a US citizen.
- Be entering or continuing a curriculum at an accredited school in the field of study that will advance her career goals.
- Be in need of financial assistance.
- Have demonstrated a high scholastic ability.
