Enrollment Agents - Unemployment applications - NYS Department of Labor
Description:
We have teamed up with the NYS Dept of Labor and are looking to hire 200 Enrollment Agents over the next few weeks to assist with the volume of unemployment calls/cases. This is a 3 month contract role with a possibility to extend due to COVID 19. The position will be 100% remote and will pay up to $21 hourly. Please send to anyone that may be interested!
The enrollment agent will be Setting up "PUA claims", including:
- Identifying file to be entered from task manager list;
- Analysis to support determination of eligibility status;
- Analysis to support determination of what date the claim needs to be backdated to;
- Analysis to support determination of the wages that will need to be added to the claim to establish the claimants benefit rate; and
- Analysis and data entry for certifications for back wages.
Two shifts cover each day, 7:30 AM ET to 5:30 PM ET and 9:30 AM ET to 7:30 PM ET
