Amazon Private Brands Product and Compliance (PBPSC) is looking for a smart, energetic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join our team as an Enablement Program Manager. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in cross-functional project management and supply chain processes to drive scalable initiatives and process improvements. You will work directly with the Global Product and Compliance team, Retail, 3rd party Service Providers, Legal, Sourcing/Quality Operations, and Technical teams, to drive compliance initiatives and efficiencies for our Private Brands program.

Program Managers contribute cross-functional business and technical skills, assess and manages risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs with the technical constraints. This role is key to enabling compliance with all relevant and regulatory guidelines for the Private Brands Business.

Key responsibilities

Take over problematic or controversial escalations and/or deep dive into specific escalations or clusters of escalations where appropriate
· Develop Operations SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
· Develop strong relationships with internal and compliance team and external business team stakeholders to lead strategic projects, proactively anticipate customer needs, investigate underlying issues and create short and long-term solutions.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with global teams to drive change
· Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
· Dive deep data and communicate effectively to inform stakeholders of business-critical issues
· Strong commitment towards goals and outcomes and to ensure the completion within established timeframes.
· Making appropriate tradeoffs to manage risk, and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to scope and deliver complex solutions
· Keys to success in this role include exceptional program management skills, customer obsession and clear and concise communication skills. The candidate needs to be able to extract insights from data and be able to communicate clearly appropriate triggers and actions.

Skills/Eligibility:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to comfortably engage with all levels of stakeholder and any customer externally and contribute directly to leadership report outs
· Proven organizational and prioritization skills
· Ability to operate at both a granular and macro level
· Ability to work independently and times unsupervised whilst still delivering expected and required results
· Customer handling and conflict resolution skills; focus on quality in customer care
· Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive approach to problem-solving and identification
· Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion, composure, and professional attitude
· Fast learner who seeks out and generously shares best practices




PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing company-wide programs.
· Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification.
· Project management experience, including scoping, leading, and delivering moderately complex projects.
· Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to articulate a clear point of view on complicated issues in clear, concise communications.
· Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
· Advanced analytical/problem solving skills.
