We serve more than 181,000 patients across 25 medical clinics, 14 dental clinics, 10 pharmacies, and 64 program sites in two states. We are Level 3 Certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). With integrated services including medical, dental, pharmacy, orthodontia, primary care nutritional counseling, autism screening, and primary care behavioral health, YVFWC’s patient-centered model of care offers patients the full spectrum of care and shelter assistance, energy assistance, weatherization, HIV and AIDS counseling and testing, home visits, and four mobile medical/dental clinics.

Program Overview:

YVFWC Sollus Northwest Administrative Fellowship Program is a 12-month program providing extensive exposure to the management and unique dynamics of a Federally Qualified Health Center. Under the guidance of an executive mentor and direct supervisor, fellows gain the broad range of hands-on experience, knowledge, and skills to become successful leaders in any healthcare setting, with a special emphasis in community health. The fellowship is a salaried position with outstanding benefits; providing the skills, knowledge and abilities to become a successful leader in any healthcare setting, but with a special emphasis in community health.

 Eligible Applicants:

Applicants must have graduated or anticipate graduating between August 2018 and August 2021 with a MHA, MBA, MPH, MPA or equivalent degree from an accredited graduate program in a health and/or business field. We’re looking for someone with a desire and dedication to serve underserved populations with an emphasis on the Latinx population, and a strong interest in practice management.
