Program Overview:

YVFWC Sollus Northwest Administrative Fellowship Program is a 12-month program providing extensive exposure to the management and unique dynamics of a Federally Qualified Health Center. Under the guidance of an executive mentor and direct supervisor, fellows gain the broad range of hands-on experience, knowledge, and skills to become successful leaders in any healthcare setting, with a special emphasis in community health.  Eligible Applicants:

Applicants must have graduated or anticipate graduating between August 2018 and August 2021 with a MHA, MBA, MPH, MPA or equivalent degree from an accredited graduate program in a health and/or business field. We’re looking for someone with a desire and dedication to serve underserved populations with an emphasis on the Latinx population, and a strong interest in practice management.
