Expected hours per week: 14, may vary depending on the work 

Expected dates: This opportunity is for the 2020-2021 academic year and is expected to start as soon as possible and run through the spring 2021 semester. All work will be conducted remotely  

Description:

The Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation (CHLPI) of Harvard Law School is seeking a Research Assistant/Project Coordinator. CHLPI is a national leader on the development of policy strategies to integrate nutrition interventions into health care delivery and payment systems. As part of this work, CHLPI developed the Massachusetts Food is Medicine State Plan and leads Food is Medicine Massachusetts (FIMMA), a statewide coalition dedicated to implementing the Plan’s recommendations. CHLPI also acts as an advisor to the national Food is Medicine Coalition and to individual nutrition and health care organizations across the country.  

CHLPI is seeking to hire a research assistant/project coordinator to assist with the coordination of its growing Food is Medicine portfolio and to assist with data-gathering for our Massachusetts-based work. The RA/project coordinator would provide support across a variety of initiatives, including: (1) assisting with development of an inventory of Massachusetts Food is Medicine programs; (2) tracking relevant news and research; and, (3) assisting with FIMMA management activities.
