COVID-19 Vaccine Telephone Support - Country Doctor Community Health Centers

Country Doctor Community Health Centers (CDCHC) is looking for volunteers to help support our vaccine effort. CDCHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center in Seattle serving all patients regardless of their ability to pay. CDCHC has not been provided access to the COVID-19 vaccine for patients so we are helping our patients navigate their other options for receiving the vaccine. This navigation requires time on the phone with the patient, helping them through the phase finder app and then helping them secure an appointment for the vaccine if available. The volunteer should be comfortable using interpretation services, be familiar with the various vaccine options available and have their own computer and internet access.
The hours and time commitment are very flexible.
