JOB DESCRIPTION
Farm operations associate is responsible for:

All aspects of production to grow leafy greens. Areas of focus include seeding, transplanting, weeding, harvesting, weighing, packaging, and cleaning on a daily basis.

Identify issues with plant growth, improving plant health, optimizing yields, maintaining our hydroponics systems.

Complete daily and weekly checklists

Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops.

Maintain a clean growing area following Good Agricultural Practices

In the event of an issue, adjust/repair farm working with customer support.

Assist in a broad range of farm operations activities, depending on the need/situation.

Job type: Part-time/
Hours/week: 10-30
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Note: this position requires a flexible work schedule which may entail weekend and/or holiday shifts.
