Description:

$1,000 Merit-Based Scholarship

In a world where student loan debt is piling up more and more every day, with astronomically high interest rates attached to these loans, families deserve an opportunity to put their kids through school without making them go into debt. Similarly, students shouldn’t have to go to class worried about how they’re going to afford it.

I was fortunate enough to receive scholarships that helped me, and now it’s my turn to give back. Based on all of this, I’m proud to announce the Home Repair Ninja $1,000 Academic Scholarship Award!

Any student looking to enter college or graduate school or any current student looking to continue his or her studies is welcome to apply.

The scholarship will be awarded to the winner of our yearly essay contest. All eligible students, regardless of major, are encouraged to apply.

In order to participate in the scholarship contest, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

School

  • Must be accepted to or already enrolled in a college, university, or graduate school during the 2022-2023 academic year

Academics

  • Must be in good academic standing with his/her current educational institution

GPA

  • Must have at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA from the most recent transcript

  • Must apply by emailing givingback@homerepairninja.com and provide ALL of the following: full name, address, name of academic institution accepted to or attending, PDF copy of applicant’s unofficial or official transcript, PDF copy of applicant’s essay with name on the document. If ANY of this is missing, the application will be considered incomplete and will be discarded.

In what way have you built your little corner of the world this year? How do you plan on using your college degree to continue to make the world a better place?
