Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above in biological sciences, medical sciences, social sciences or related disciplines, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in project management and coordination, tracking of deliverables, financial reporting, report writing and research. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese), outstanding communication and negotiation skills, good organisation and time management skills, a strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, and the ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team. Preference will be given to those with experience and a keen interest in clinical research and project coordination.

The appointee will work on a community-based research project as part of the ‘Healthy Human Global Project - Hong Kong’ and the FAMILY Cohort, a large population-based cohort with over 46,000 participants in 20,000 households. He/She will work closely with the clinician and research nurses to coordinate fieldwork research, monitor the project timeline and participant recruitment, organise meetings, train junior research staff, and liaise with other internal and external parties.
