Description:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years’ working experience. They should be versatile in general office administration and project management, and preferably with supervisory experience. They should have an excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, IT proficiency, and the ability to work independently with initiative. They should be a good team player and able to handle multi-tasks. Those with less experience will be considered for appointment as Executive Officer.

The appointee will participate in the FAMILY Cohort, which is a large population-based cohort with over 46,000 participants in 20,000 households. He/She will assist in a wide range of administrative and project management duties relating to research projects. He/She will liaise with multiple external service vendors and internal stakeholders (e.g. finance, HR, PR team), supervise and train junior staff, provide executive support to the Programme Director, and perform other duties as assigned. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointments on fixed terms will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary.
