Job Summary
The Senior Manager is responsible for the direct service programs and initiatives that support families and individuals locally, regionally, and statewide. This leadership position guides managers, provides strategic support, and drives team and organizational goals. This role plays a part in ensuring the fiscal soundness of program operations, uses data to make informed decisions, and works toward programmatic sustainability. The Senior Manager of Coordinated Access is supervised by the Director of Coordinated Access, collaborates with the Leadership Team, and supervises program managers on the Coordinated Access Team.

Responsibilities 
•    Collaborate with Director of Coordinated Access and Leadership Team to align programmatic work with WithinReach’s strategic plan priorities and ensure effective implementation.
•    Oversee the annual development of work plans, deliverables, and budgets, including qualitative and quantitative impact measures. 
•    Work jointly with program leadership to identify and develop grant opportunities for new and existing funding.
•    Provide consistent and proactive coaching, feedback and guidance to direct reports, including regular 1:1 supervision, mentoring, and annual performance reviews.
•    Empower Program Managers to develop and exercise their authorizing environments. 
•    Collaborate with Program Managers to develop staffing plans and high performing teams. 
•    In partnership with Director of Programs and Contracts Manager, develop, implement and monitor contract and grant-funded work plans and budgets.
•    Use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive strategic decision-making.
•    Provide insight on program related infrastructure needs (IT, works spaces, HR). 

Qualifications 
•    A minimum of five years management experience
•    Any equivalent combination of training and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the work.
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Public Administration or Social Services preferred 
•    Excellent supervisory skills, including providing and receiving feedback. 
•    Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with people of diverse cultures, ethnic and socioeconomic groups.  
•    Knowledge of maternal/child health and social services desired.  
•    Excellent written/oral communications skills and attention to detail. 
•    Ability to work independently while part of a team.  
•    Contact center and/or referral systems experience desired.
•    Team building and effective communication skills are essential.  

Salary & Benefits: $82,000 – 86,000 Annual. Full-Time, 40 hours/week. Exempt. Excellent benefits include fully paid medical coverage, vision and dental for employees and generous coverage for spouses, partners and dependents.
