Plan, develop and execute comprehensive dialysis quality initiatives, customer service improvements, emergency planning and safety programs supporting established goals and timelines. Design measurement and analysis systems demonstrating waste and error reduction, quality and safety improvements, and improved patient outcomes. Facilitate effective communication to the organization and other related communities and providers. Manages specific projects as needed. Supervises support staff as assigned. Serve as a departmental resource for quality, safety and related regulatory requirements.

Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, Nursing, or related field.
- Five (5) years experience working in a health care setting, including: Two (2) years related experience in program support, project management and communications; or Two (2) years of supervisory or management experience.
- Demonstrated success in overseeing multiple projects, especially those incorporating continuous process improvement methodologies.

- Recent Dialysis experience
- MHA, MBA or equivalent.
- Broad healthcare system experience to include quality management training or experience.
