About the Role:
As an intern, you will play a vital role in shaping company strategy for an early-stage startup by supporting research initiatives to inform our clinical outcomes roadmap. This research will be used to inform products and services development to further Oula’s mission as an evidence-based and innovative maternity care provider. This is a remote role, or has the option to be hybrid in Brooklyn, NY. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in research, data synthesis, and analysis while contributing to meaningful projects that will shape Oula’s strategy. You will be working directly with the senior leadership team of our fast-paced, early-stage startup. The primary deliverables of this internship are to research and synthesize:

  • Best-in-class clinical outcomes for maternity care 
  • Evidence-based levers (people, process, technology) that drive improvement in maternity care clinical outcomes 
  • Recommend prioritized roadmap of services, products and projects
  • Share learnings and opportunities from adjacent or similar care models
