Social Justice Fund NW is a member-funded foundation that supports the creation of a just society through fundraising, grantmaking, and member involvement. For over 45 years, the foundation has provided essential resources to organizations in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming to strengthen grassroots efforts in the broad movement for progressive, systemic social change. Required qualities & qualifications:
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain orderly systems, and keep track of various office needs and schedules.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle inquiries, support staff, and coordinate logistics effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in administrative filings, documentation, and managing resources.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with technology and software such as computer set up, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Dropbox, etc.
- Team Collaboration: Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with different departments and support a positive work culture.
- Commitment to Social Justice: Dedication to social justice issues, with a demonstrated ability and commitment to applying a Black liberation lens to administrative work.
