Description:
Support education, training, and quality improvement data management for WCAAP in its role supporting clinics and providers to improve child health and well-being. Monitor, manage, visualize, and report quality improvement data for practice sites across Washington. Prepare materials for trainings, meetings, and reports to demonstrate quality improvement outcomes. Collaborate with WCAAP members and partners in evaluation, coordination, and promotion of results. Develop efficient strategies and tactics to achieve exceptional data quality and visualization. Intermittently survey clinics and health care providers to inform WCAAP QI initiatives and broader WCAAP efforts to improve child health.
