NATURE OF ORGANIZATION
The Office of the Dean provides support to its departments and programs throughout the School of Public Health.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support staff and faculty in general office work, including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, project support, document management, and working with data. Main role is to research SPH alumni employment status using a variety of internal and external data sources. Other administrative duties as assigned
This position provides learning and networking opportunities within the School of Public Health. Build confidence working with faculty and staff. Time management and the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work. Experience in a remote-office setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, time management, and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word), and social media. Ability to interact with students, staff, and faculty from diverse backgrounds in a professional manner, including flexibility in a team environment while working in a remote setting.
