Pathways Recent Graduate Program
The Pathways Recent Graduate Program is for those applicants who have graduated within the past two years from a qualifying educational institution or certificate program. The recent graduate program offers career development with training and mentorship. You must apply within two years of getting your degree or certificate (veterans have up to six years to apply due to their military service obligation). Direct Hiring Authority - Science , Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)
This direct-hire authority is used to fill specific STEM positions in the federal government at the GS-11 through GS-15 grade levels. These vacancies exist when a critical hiring need or severe shortage of candidates exists. Individuals selected will be appointed through the Government Wide Direct Hire Authority (DHA-STEM), and all U.S. citizens are eligible to apply.
