Position Summary
The Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability & Compliance (EHSS&C) Coordinator contributes to the EHSS&C team providing primary support and coordination of Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability & Compliance activities such as training, record keeping and data management. The EHSS&C Coordinator is a team player and customer service focused. Ideal candidate will have experience with data management, reporting, and working in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and SharePoint, and supporting EHSS&C programs such as Hazardous Waste, Respiratory Protection, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, and Training.
Principal Responsibilities
• Accurately maintains employee records for EHSS&C onboarding, training, and occupational health
• Prepare EHSS&C safety alerts and distribute
• Acts as a system administrator and assigns WOs from system to team members as appropriate
• Coordination of incident data tracking and metrics
• Prepare appropriate slides, agenda, and minutes for applicable meetings
• Act as a scribe for high level meetings to capture pertinent details for EHSS&C staff members
• EHSS&C systems data management to facilitate metrics for reporting
• Coordinates safety committee meetings for multiple sites, including scheduling, minutes, and catering
• Acts as a learning admin within the enterprise Learning Management System to monitor EHSS&C training metrics, schedule classes, and enter training rosters from completed classes

Qualifications
MUST:
• At least 3+ yr Administrative/Coordinator experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Access, OneNote, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Customer service focused
• Strong organizational skills with attention to details and accuracy
NICE:
• Prior experience in an EHSS&C organization preferred
• Experience supporting multiple people and ability to adapt in response to changing work situations
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manipulate data (ie. Pivot Table, V-Lookups)
Education
• High School Diploma
• AA or higher level degree preferred
• Training in SharePoint, Relational Databases, MS Access, and/or SQL Preferred
