Students for Hunger Free America
Students for HFA is a youth program that seeks to empower and educate young anti-hunger champions. Students are encouraged to participate in service projects and/or take leadership roles as Student Ambassadors to mobilize their peers in action through volunteerism, civic engagement, fundraising, advocacy and dialogue on food insecurity with the ultimate goal of helping to reduce hunger in their school and community by increasing awareness and participation in school meals, SNAP, and other food assistance programs.
Student Ambassadors:
The Student Ambassadors are student leaders who are dedicated to anti-hunger work. • Phone Banking to Increase Food Access
  • COVID-19 Food Assistance/Data Validation Project
  • SNAP Into Action Nutritional Workshop
  • Fundraising Activities
