You will promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play-oriented setting to increase motivation and positive performance. You may be a recent graduate, enjoy childcare, have nannying experience, have worked in customer service in the past, or are simply looking to start your career in working with children! ALL ABOUT THE BENNIES:

• Competitive hourly compensation; $18.00 - $28.00, plus performance-based pay increase.
• $500 Sign On BONUS for CBT certified candidates.
• $500 Retention BONUS.
• Paid training that meets eligibility to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
• Paid drive time and mileage

Responsibilities and Duties of RBTs:

• Teach and promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performance
• Record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals

Qualifications and Skills:

• Consistent availability from Monday through Friday preferred.
• High School Diploma (Required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Negative TB test
• Background Check
