Position Summary:

The Site Manager is accountable for overseeing the daily operations at the HealthPoint health center, in alignment with the site’s business plan. The Site Manager collaborates with leaders within the health center to provide top quality patient care and excellent staff experience. The Site Manager leads with the HealthPoint management system to engage teams in continuously monitoring and improving the current operational practices. 

As a key leader of HealthPoint, the Site Manager creates and fosters a culture of inclusivity, respect, understanding, compassion and empowerment in service to the well-being and growth of its patients, communities and employees.

Your contribution to the team includes: 

  • Lead daily operations to meet established business goals. Identify improvement needs; coach and support individuals and teams to continuously improve daily work, systems and processes.
  • Responsible for hiring, performance management, employee relations, recognition and training for operations health center staff, including identifying employee development opportunities by providing effective leadership.
  • Monitor the health center’s performance on key metrics to ensure safe, accessible quality care.   
  • Partner with other leaders to ensure staffing and schedules are designed to meet the needs of patients and staff.    
  • Contribute site operations knowledge and expertise to the site’s annual planning and budgeting process. 
  • Partner with the Business Director to implement new programs, services and changes.
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure current and consistent practices are adopted and sustained.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with HealthPoint policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for hiring, performance management, talent development, employee relations, recognition, and training of staff by providing effective leadership. Ensure all work is completed in support and enhancement of the objectives and goals of the organization.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to streamline and enhance office operations using the HealthPoint Lean Management System (HLMS) tools and processes.  

Must have’s you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in from four-year College or university and three to five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Demonstrated ability with leading teams in complex and diverse environments. Experience working within highly collaborative teams and with all levels in the organization. Strong conflict resolution skills. Expertise in developing staff and appropriately delegating duties, where appropriate. Practices leadership consistent with HealthPoint values of integrity, cooperation, responsibility, wisdom, creativity and respect.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems. An innovative thinker who takes initiative to improve overall operations of medical and dental operations within the clinic. A business background for managing budget. Strong analytical skills for interpretation of healthcare data. 
  • Demonstrated operating knowledge of computers. Intermediate level ability with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel. Preferred experience with electronic health records.

Proof of immunizations and/or immunity to: COVID-19, MMR (measles, mumps and rubella), Varicella, Annual Influenza, and TB are required for all employees. Additionally, if you work in a HealthPoint clinic, Hepatitis B. and Tdap (within last 10 years) are required. All immunizations are a condition of employment. Upon hire, employees must provide proof of their immunizations and/or immunity prior to starting or no later than their fifth (5) business day of employment.
