Job Description:

Intern will support OMWIs efforts to report and/or execute Bureau wide action items concerning diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility. In so doing, the intern may have the opportunity to participate in meetings with both internal and external partners and stakeholders. The DI Intern will assist and support OMWI staff in the execution of various DI projects such as developing communications for OMWI activities and/or analyzing strategic DEIA efforts. The intern may work on internal and external communications related to targeted recruitment and/or OMWI events including diversity dialogue sessions, updating the OMWI wiki page with new information, the OMWI newsletter, and at times, provide logistical and administrative support related to events and meetings hosted by the OWMI. OMWI is looking for students with strong organizational skills, writing, and attention to detail skills required. Pursuing degree

Skills/Eligibility:

Preferred majors: (BA/BS/MA/MS) in Humanities, Sociology, Anthropology, Information Technology, Business, or Political Science is preferred but not required.
