Description:

IPHG is seeking two 50% FTE TAs for the Spring quarter offering of PHG 303: Direct-to-Consumer Genetic Testing: Uses and Issues. The TAs will support the teaching of the course and must attend both weekly lectures, lead two quiz sections and hold office hours, in addition to other requirements. 

  • Required qualifications: full-time enrollment in a UW graduate degree program 

  • Preferred qualifications: current IPHG student

  • Appointment period: 3/16/2025 - 6/15/2025

  • Appointment type: 50% FTE - 220 hrs/qtr

  • Compensation is $3,291/month, pre-tax, using bi-monthly paydays; tuition or UWC2 course fees up to 18 credits, some fees; GAIP insurance
