The Oregon Health Authority has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Regional Outreach Coordinator to join an excellent team. This is a Full-Time, Permanent, Classified position with the External Relations Division.

 

The AA Salary Range for this position is between $6,123.00 to $9,409.00 per month.

 

What you will do!

 

The Senior Regional Outreach Coordinator (Senior ROC) is a leadership role focused on developing and implementing strategic outreach plans. The Senior ROC will work under the leadership of the Outreach and Engagement Team and serve as the lead for the Regional Outreach Coordinators (ROC) team, providing guidance and support on their outreach and engagement plans and activities.  The Senior ROC will be responsible for developing and supporting the implementation of outreach and engagement plans, ensuring alignment with regional goals and organizational objectives.   The Senior ROC will build relationships with decision-makers, community leaders, community partners, and local communities.   In collaboration with the Data and Evaluation Advisor, design an instrument to set performance metrics, measure effectiveness, and inform future outreach and engagement plans and strategies.

What we are looking for:

 

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
OR;
Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.
