Namibia Qualitative Data Analyst - I TECH Namibia (Student/ASE)
Description:
The ITECHNamibia program is looking for a GRSA to conduct qualitative analysis across data from three separate programmatic studies: 1) an evaluation of the Namibia Adolescence Treatment Support program which providers peer support to children and adolescents living with HIV and who have unsuppressed viral load; 2) Teen Clubs for Adolescents living with HIV; and 3) an assessment of facilitators and barriers to health care services of people living with disabilities in Namibia.

Skills/Eligibility:
Desired Skills and experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively both as a team member
- Strong Qualitative analytic skills and experience including methods for rapid qualitative research
- Ability to highlight key themes and identify content for strong discussion sections for qualitative manuscripts
- Ability to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality results
- Familiarity with HIV differentiated services and support systems in sub-Saharan Africa
- Understanding of health system strengthening in LMICs
- Preference given to applicants enrolled in a graduate program (Masters or PhD) in Global Health or a related field.
