Position Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage accounts across the West Coast. This role focuses on foodservice and impulse channels—working with cafes, bakeries, dessert shops, boba stores, and distributors. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals in alignment with our sales goals and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth by proactively identifying and reaching out to foodservice operators, cafes, bakeries, and retail partners in the West Coast region.
  • Manage outbound sales efforts: cold outreach, networking, follow-ups, and trade show connections to expand market share.
  • Build and manage strong distributor and broker relationships; ensure alignment with sales targets and territory growth.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-up and deal closure.
  • Conduct business reviews and on-site visits with key accounts to explore expansion opportunities.
  • Provide timely reporting on sales activity, forecasting, competitive insights, and market trends in your region.
  • Support execution of national campaigns and product launches at a regional level.

Skills/Eligibility:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent business experience.
  • 4+ years of foodservice sales experience, with a proven track record in territory or regional sales.
  • Experience working with distributors, brokers, and branded foodservice programs.
  • Preferred background in snacks, beverage, or dessert categories (mochi, boba, bakery, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of the West Coast market, including key accounts and emerging concepts.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, building annual sales plans, and generating reports.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CRM experience a plus.
