POSITION OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a Quality & Product Development Manager who can own quality control and quality assurance while enabling product development and brand growth. This role sits at the intersection of food safety, quality systems, and practical R&D execution, and is critical to helping the company move faster with confidence.

Skills/Eligibility:
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with co-manufacturers, ideally including international partners
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience building, implementing, auditing, or owning food safety and quality systems (HACCP experience strongly preferred)
- Practical R&D background, including some combination of:
- Formulation or culinary development
- Ingredients and food chemistry
- Sensory/organoleptic evaluation
- Scale-up and commercialization
- Supplier collaboration
- Working knowledge of food safety risks, testing programs, documentation, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Excel & Google Suite
Preferred Factors Include
- Ingredient and supplier landscape knowledge and existing relationships
- Experience working in smaller or growing brands where ownership and flexibility are required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or food-related discipline (Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, etc.)
