What You’ll Do
You’ll be embedded with project crews from day one — trusted, empowered, and making an impact on every shift.
- Be the go-to safety partner for project leadership and crews on every job site
- Deliver safety training and orientations for incoming crew members
- Develop and execute project-specific health and safety plans
- Conduct site audits and lead incident investigations
- Exercise Stop Work Authority when it counts
- Keep crews equipped, compliant, and moving forward in the field
Skills/Eligibility:
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in heavy civil, foundation, geotechnical, or industrial construction
- OSHA 30-Hour (preferred)
- First Aid / CPR / AED Trainer — or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Strong field communication skills and confidence training any audience
- Willingness to travel across the U.S. up to 75% of calendar days
Preferred but not required
- Rigging Competent Person certification
- NCCCO Crane Certification
- Experience working on steep terrain or remote access sites
