Statement From Dean Howard Frumkin Concerning Inclement Weather of November 22

Monday, November 22, 2010

Dean Howard Frumkin has issued the following statement concerning the inclement weather of Monday, November 22, 2010:

Tonight the University suspended evening operations at the three campuses due to severe weather conditions. The University's official statement about Tuesday operations will be issued early tomorrow morning and disseminated widely. Since these severe weather and driving conditions are expected to continue through tomorrow, I am concerned about the safety of our staff, and I believe it is prudent to minimize travel tomorrow. If permitted to do so by employment policies, I am encouraging supervisors to allow any non-essential staff to consider working at home tomorrow.
