The PH-GH Major Application is now open!
Applications will be accepted between Friday, September 18, 2026 through Friday, October 16, 2026 until 11:59pm PDT.
Public Health Global Health Application (Applications will only be accepted during the posted open period).
The Winter 2027 application closes Friday, October 16th at 11:59PM. The next application period will open on March 5th, 2027 and close on April 2nd, 2027. Check back then to join the major in Autumn 2027.
Application Instructions
- You will need your UW NETID to access the application.
- Your student information will be added automatically to the form when you sign in. You may edit this data if needed.
- You can save your work and return to it later.
- UW transcripts will be automatically attached to your application. Other transcripts can be uploaded.
- Once your application is complete, click the "Submit" button.
