Prospective students may download the Sample Degree Plan template to create a course plan based on the degree audit for the PH-GH Major BA or BS pathways. Current PH-GH Major students may reference their degree audit and discuss their course plans with a PH-GH academic adviser in an advising appointment. If you are a re-enrolling UW student who entered the PH-GH Major prior to Autumn 2024 and need to finish the Gold curriculum, please email phgh@uw.edu to schedule an advising appointment to discuss how to finish your degree requirements.
The PH-GH Major Requirements shifted on Autumn 2024. Please use the following Sample Degree Plans if you intend to or have started the PH-GH major on or after Autumn 2024, noting the quarter start for each plan. If applying to start the PH-GH Major Autumn 2024 or later: use this Sample Degree Plan (Word doc) that uses the current Purple Curriculum.
