UW and prospective students may download the Sample Degree Plan template to create a course plan based on the degree audit for the PH-GH Major BA or BS pathways. Current PH-GH Major students may discuss their course plans with an academic adviser in a New Major Advising appointment.
The PH-GH Major Requirements will shift starting Autumn 2024. Please use the one of the following Sample Degree Plans based on your admissions quarter or admissions plan for starting the PH-GH Major.
